Barbara Bagot Architecture

Barbara Bagot Architecture came into our small project when it was at a standstill. Barbara's skills and expertise facilitated a difficult process of getting our project through Council. She helped us find a builder as well as providing excellent design advice. She has a pleasing aesthetic .She is a good listener and communicator. We would still be looking at plans had we not brought Barbara onboard.

We engaged Barbara Bagot Architecture after we purchased our old and rather neglected home. Our brief to Barbara was to update and improve the functionality of the existing home before extending the size of the house. We knew we'd be approaching the project in 2 stages and wanted to avoid changing things in stage 1 that would then be redone in stage 2. Barbara provided excellent creative solutions to our brief. She developed a 'vision' for the house and worked closely with us to plan the first stage of renovation. Barbara's combination of creativity and practicality was a huge asset during the project. She has good taste and excellent attention to detail that has paid off in the renovation. The house looks great and has made family living much better.

I have a small apartment that needed new wardrobes, the laundry brought into the apartment from a downstairs storeroom and new external sliding doors. Barbara made it all so easy. She translated my needs into great storage solutions, terrific fittings and used really good trades. I couldn't be more delighted with the outcome.

We have a small 1929 apartment with 2 bedrooms and a study. Barbara was able to look at our internal space and work out what areas we did not use. Then with a clever wall change and relocation of our kitchen plus taking out a spiral stair she created in the same footprint a 3 bedroom plus study home. Barbara walked us thought the whole process from concept drawings, thought council approval all the way to the interior design. I can highly recommend her if you are looking to either build a new or renovate.
