Phil Mason Consultants Limited offers an architectural consultancy service from initial design through council approvals to construction phase. The majority of our work is residential – new houses, alterations and additions. This includes work with heritage houses. Lately we have become involved in documentation for the recladding of leaky houses. We also have considerable experience in commercial and industrial buildings. Over the last few years, the level of documentation necessary to satisfy councils has increased dramatically. We continually review our design documentation to ensure that not only are we meeting council requirements, but going one step further. Our aim is to provide a unique solution for each project. We ensure that the solution is tailored to the needs of the client and the constraints of the site and is completed in an efficient and cost effective manner.
