perimeter overflow or skimmer pool

Hi, There is an edge around the pool which is indicative of a skimmer system but, I can't see any thus, is this a perimeter overflow pool with a hidden gutter under the tiles or is this a pool with a skimmer system?

Hi there, this is a pool with a skimmer system, but the skimmer was not installed. Instead, a pool cleaning company skims the pool.
