I absolutely love the one you chose for the kitchen! The bathroom on is also very 50's and nice. You are wallpapering all the walls - or maybe painting some?

I love that colorful floral!! it almost has a 40 vibe, and glamorous - I think it would look great in small toilet, maybe matte gold color mirror frame (and everything else white). The other floral is more retro - I prefer the glamorous florar. For the bathroom, if its a paper wallpaper I wouldn't use it beause of the moisture from showers might have the paper corners come off, and you can't really clean it - so I would skip wallpaper there. I love wallpaper and the drama it gives, but it has it challenges. But I like your choises so far, so you are on the right track. If you do something for the lounge I would do something geometric, and monogromatic more subtle.

Don't overdo it, and I'd go with the more muted ones rather than the darker blue that could easily overwhelm a room if you use it on a large area.

LOL plowman, somehow I do not think you will heed the advice. I remember me salivating over the wallpaper books, oooohing and aaaahing, anticipating the arrival of the rolls. Drenched in awe when they were put up and me dazzling around the room at such perfection of my choices.

Then one day I woke and what should I find? OH MY, so many walls to unbind. What was I thinking, I loudly declared. I said it so loudly, the pets all ran scared. I ranted and raved and rose such a clatter, my husband ran for the garage and gladly grabbed the ladder. We scraped and peeled until our fingers bled, well, you get my picture, I guess enough said;)

i love paper, but i advise no two rooms that are adjacent to be papered, it will either look matchy or garish, there is no winning.
