Help with weird kitchen layout

Hi everyone. This is my first post here. I am hoping for some advice on layout for our new kitchen. I have attached a floor plan which has cabinets showing but we haven't kicked anything in place yet. The room doesn't exist yet. The main square of the kitchen is what we currently have and we are knocking down a wall and extending it out and including a dining room which gives it this weird L-shape. It means we need a long l-shaped island (or at least that is the best solution we have come up with so far).

it is a main thoroughfare and has so many doors of it four (one to lounge, two to bedroom, and the one on the right is to sleep-out and bathroom.

It is a 1950s house. In qld.

where you you put fridge, sink, pantry, stove, cooktop etc?

Thanks in advance!
