The island benchtop and countertop used is White Snow from Uniquartz

Is this picture taken during the day or at night? If it’s daytime your kitchen must not get much natural light. Go for white cabinets to reflect as much light as possible to brighten the room up. Boring but timeless & always looks fresh. For colour you could do a splash back, or just add colour via accessories such as a bright kettle/toaster set, tea towels etc., easier & cheaper to change if you get tired of it.

Go for a cooler colour palette and draw the eye to a focal point at the end of the hallway, a console table, artwork, a mirror etc. A cooler paint colour helps the small space visually recede. In terms of the doors, going slighter darker will again make the space feel bigger. Go half a shade lighter on the low ceiling than the walls, using the same colour, rather than bright white, which will look dirty in the low light. Good luck!

The roof will be a dark grey/charcoal colour. The gutters are an off white colour, windows are white and we have cream brick all the way around. I am unsure what colour to paint it. I want to keep away from green because my house is surrounded by a sea of green. My husband thinks a light grey along with a new timber front door.
