I bought this place as an investment property and while most of it is in good nick, the exterior yellow is faded and boring and there are approx 3 different colours (blue, green/grey) used on the trim etc. The roof tiles are a dull brown and the front balustrade needs upgrading too.
It's rendered, so hopefully it should be pretty straightforward to repaint.
I was thinking a duck egg blue to replace the yellow, with white trim with charcoal for the steps/deck.
I want it to fit in more with the surrounding houses, which are much more Edwardian or California bungalow in style. Most other houses are white in the neighbourhood and I want to avoid grey.
Thank you!
