Before and After Bondi Heritage House

This home was built in the early 1900's following the formation of Centennial Park on York Road. The land was part of a perimeter of land encircling was to become the park, so new homes were on premium land and this was reflected in their style and grandeur. Lang Road on the north side of the park is similar.

Here we have The After.

This is how we found the street frontage.

This is how the house was originally built. This image allowed us to work out the form of what was quite and unusual configuration for the entry porch and motif over.

The rear of the home while significantly more accommodating was designed to be subservient to the main street frontage of the building.

Subservient maybe, however not ticky tacky like the previous extensions.
