Our terrace house has rear lane access but currently no onsite parking - just a brick wall with an access gate. We would like to add a garage with a garden deck above (the block slopes away at the back). Additionally we need to renovate our kitchen, bathroom and powder room. Ideally we’d like a design and construct service, rather than finding an architect and then having to find a builder who can execute the work within our budget. Any recommendations?
