Using polished black granite tiles in a bathroom

We have a number of beautiful polished black granite tiles left over from another project and would like to use some in our soon to be renovated en-suite if we can come up with a suitable design. The tiles are 305mm x 305mm. We are planning a black and white colour scheme for the bathroom with a light timber and white coloured vanity. If the tiles can be used in some way, we are thinking a black grout. The bathroom is not too large and will consist of a shower, vanity and toilet only. The broader house (to be renovated entirely) was built in 1918.

We are aware of some of the potential negatives of using black in bathrooms if not done correctly - mainly that it can make the space appear smaller, more gloomy etc. Specific to polished granite, I’m aware that it’s not recommended for shower floors as it can be slippery and also will show up marks easily.

If not used in the actual shower itself, can a anti-slip product be applied to still use the tile on the floor of the rest of the bathroom? Or should we just focus on trying to incorporate them on the walls? If anyone has any experience using black polished granite in bathrooms, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
