I would suggest getting your cabinetmaker to custom make one. I have never seen one available, but if it was it probably would be the wrong height, width, or proportion for your needs. You may want to consider the additional work the tiler will need to do if the wall behind the shaving cabinet is tiled. I can't imagine any tiler being able to easily do a neat job of trimming tiles to butt up against an oval shape.
Another option would be to put an oval shaped door on a rectangular cabinet so that the door overlaps the edge of the rectangular cabinet - but best to talk to your cabinetmaker.
