How to split clear and opaque

This is exactly what we want for our master shower. Does the opaque (lower) part of the window use a film or is it opaque glass?

    Thanks for the question. The glass has a split finish - clear and sandblasted. These are custom pieces of glass fabricated by a local glass fabricator.
