I had a epoxy flake floor installed in a pool house about 1 year ago. The floor starting showing white spots/residue on the floor. I first started to wash the spots with well water, and the deposits of the white material got worse. I have washed the sports with various products such as CLR, Lime Away, Johnson's Foaming Bath Bubble, ZEP, Vinegar, Clorox, ect. None of these products helped in any way. One Johnson product (disinfectant scrubbing bubbles) helped a little with the spots. I personally think it is a calcium build up.
