Dulux Snowy Mountains Half for 2Pack kitchen

Does anyone have a kitchen with cabinets in Snowy Mountains half or even quarter? Does it throw any colour in your opinion? Do you think it is a cold or a warm white in a satin 2 pack finish?

Hi Claire. After absolutely agonising about which white, we have just completed a kitchen in Snowy Mountain Quarter in a satin 2pac finish. It is a huge open plan space with polished concrete floors, raked ceilings and floor to ceiling windows/doors in a North facing aspect and I love that it delivers exactly what I wanted....a neutral white that doesn't throw either creams or blues. The thing that sealed the deal was that I actually got a sample made which made the decision easy. We paired it with Messmate wood and Caolina Essa stone benches and love it.

HI Claire,

I am just painting my kitchen in Snowy Mountain in semigloss. It looks great and really throws the light around. I found out it is a warm white ( brochure has warms on one side and cools on the other).

Not in natural light (can retake in the morning if you like) but here it is in quarter strength (low sheen on walls and satin 2pac on cupboards).

I will put a photo up later but we did snowy mountain quarter satin 2pac cabinets and love them. Very white but not cold and throws no colour really. Crisp but not cold or blue at all

tysm. that's a great help. my kitchen will be in laminex chalk white with some laminex classic oak bits. A bit nervous about the chalk white as I cant find any examples of it online but will see how it looks when it is installed and match wall paint to that. s m half looks best match with the sample. my.

It is Dulux Limed White Half strength. I wasn’t sure at first as we have big walls and it looked quite grey but now we have lived with it for a while we really love it.
