Nah , I disagree with all the above haha -- be whimsical ! Don't just blend in -- make a co-ordinated statement !

I've never done it , but assuming the blinds are canvas or vinyl , I'd find what paint or stain would 'take' , and do 60mm wide vertical white or beige or even light grey stripes on the blinds .

The guttering at the top I'd do in bright lipstick red , sunshine yellow or citrus orange .

There looks to be a brown retaining wall at the base -- I'd do that in red , yellow or orange too , and the urn in the same colours .

Just enough colour to add interest and wow , and frighten off the dull !

Love the house but IMO it is the overall look that is not working for you. Timber retaining wall needs to become dark to match...or even Corten...pickup on other side of drive with a sculpture to break up green. Change colour of drive to match...introduce horizontal black lines in garden with plants to bring house down to street level...Change some bushy plants for sleek sculptural ones or tall features (eg. Gymea lily)..

For me it is too dark, and lacks cheer. I would start with the planting and add lighter coloured leafed plants, with variegated or silver leaves, and some pops of bright eg New Guinea impatiens. The basement level draws down the colour, should be the same or a brilliant white to float the house. The house is weight downed by it coloured rather than anchored. A daring idea could be to paint barge boards on each level and columns as well as basement white, for a Hampton’s feel. I would experiment with butchers paper and wrapping, to see if you like.
