Light or dark grout

We are tiling our bathroom with a charcoal and off white tile. In the niche we have sheets of these these copper penny round tiles. I am tossing up whether to use dark (Bluestone) or Light Silverstone Grout with the Penny rounds in the niche.

Lighter concrete coloured grout, makes the tile a feature, I have similar smaller colored mosaic tiles in my kitchen with concrete grout, the following bathroom by FMD Architects is an example of lighter coloured grout

Try wood and glass. Consider hanging the mirror vertically and about 5" from the sideboard top. You could also move the table under the light fixture, change it out for a chandelier, and put the sideboard and mirror on the clock wall where the mirror could double the chandy which should hang 36" or less above the table top.

I think that bathroom really suits the colours. If I was intending to stay in the house long term then I would do it.... why not enjoy the colour and look your love. If you are going to sell in a few years and you are thinking it might be too bold then maybe just do one wall - after all the new owners can paint over it.

meager light in the kitchen, trying to find paint colors that would brighten it up, I was told whites would not work, I changed the old dark brown flooring to light flooring and now it looks bad big mistake, the kitchen doesn't look anchored, with the light floor, I need some ideas to make it feel anchored again, would dark cupboards work, sorry for lack of photos. Dark carpet with light tiles?

This is the only photo. Wall colour is white and joinery is black. The floor tile is the light colour and will be in the entry, kitchen, family and dinning areas as well as bathrooms laundry and toilet. Can I pull off the dark carpet or should I choose a lighter shade to compliment the tile?

The indicator to me to chose the lighter grout for your tiles is the photo itself look how the tiles look laying on the grey slab, fabulous, you will lose the Architectural distinction with a dark grout.

I would have said dark but after seeing the FMD architect tiles I prefer the light . Stunning.

I would say light grout to highlight the feature tile and tie in with the tiles next to it, as dark will make the penny rounds recede a bit.

Alternatively, dark grout would give a more moody feel - if this is what you are going for?
