90's bathroom needs a makeover on a tight budget

We are hoping to renovate the bathroom of a dated 90's house we are moving to soon but our budget is very very tight. We don't want a bath preferring to have a large walk in shower where the bath is now, right across the end of the room from wall to wall. However there is a window there facing out to the driveway. I'm not sure how to address privacy and keep the window in the shower space. I like the idea of a storage cupboard in the corner where the shower is now and a wall mounted vanity with a decent surface area with one basin in roughly the same position it is now. I would also like to use a beautiful ornate framed pewter coloured mirror we treasure above the vanity. Heated towel rails on the opposite wall. Photo of floor plan and bathroom as it is now. I want a functional layout to maximise space and prefer a combination of paint and maybe feature wall paper above the vanity. Not a fan of wall to wall tiling. Any suggestions tips and ideas would be gratefully received.
