We’re planning to build our family home in Gippsland. We love the modern, minimalist, mid-century feel of a flat room which makes it our preference. A couple of builders have told us flat is more expensive than pitched but we don’t understand why. I haven’t asked the builders, mostly because I’m not sure I’ll get a straight up, honest answer.
Anyone know why flat is more expensive?
TIA
