Need curb appeal and clear path to front door as well as space for teenage den.
Comments (6)Thanks for your reply. Not sure which wall you are referring to? We can't block the bedroom that is next to the front door and we don't want people walking directly into the lounge. We also want the deck to be private. Do you mean to have the gate and doorbell outside in the open?...See MoreNeed your help for long & narrow hallway
Comments (11)A cool, modern graphic designed runner, new door knobs and a few updated ceiling lights are a great start and easy fix to brighten and update your hallway. Comments (2)Hey there. Go for a cooler colour palette and draw the eye to a focal point at the end of the hallway, a console table, artwork, a mirror etc. A cooler paint colour helps the small space visually recede. In terms of the doors, going slighter darker will again make the space feel bigger. Go half a shade lighter on the low ceiling than the walls, using the same colour, rather than bright white, which will look dirty in the low light. Good luck!...See MoreRose Ellis
