I would do the same in both keeping spaces open to each other for easy access to fridge etc, looks like a great kitchen to work in

I have a very similar design to this. I have done the same benches and cabinets in both kitchen and butlers for continuity, but the island is different.

With your fridge being in the butlers, you would probably have people walking in there all the time, so I would do the same cabinets in there so that it all flows.
