We have been given materials and finishing options for our condo and we are looking for some opinions of what to do mainly for the kitchen.

What combination of materials do you think would best suit the condo?

The photo below is the photo of the materials options. We can pick tile colour for the bathrooms and entry, LVT colour for the rest of the floor, and composite stone counter top colour.

The kitchen will have a white tile backsplash.(https://www.olympiatile.com/product/series/120/colour_dimension#786-arctic_white) .

The window sills and doors will be natural fir.

The walls will be painted white but we will likely have one feature wall.

We can mix and match any of the materials - we dont have to choose either option 1 or 2. I have added links to our options below for a better picture.

LVT Flooring:

Counter top

Tile floor (bathrooms and entry)

- Matte Cenere or Matte Charcoal https://www.tierrasol.ca/florina-oslo

This is the general concept of the kitchen.

The upper cabinets will be light ash https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/askersund-cover-panel-ash-light-ash-effect-80348351/

We can pick the lower cabinets to be either

- high gloss white (https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/ringhult-door-high-gloss-white-70266713/)

- matte black (https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/p/kungsbacka-cover-panel-anthracite-80337913/)

This is the layout of the upper floor of the unit. The windows on the left side of the photo are south facing and there are a lot of pot lights so the unit is quite bright and open. The wall separating the stairs is only a partial height wall therefore the wall on the right side of the photo would be the feature wall that we would paint.

What combination of materials would you choose?

Thanks!
