Hinged front door, sliding to backyard. My dog would escape a pivot door too easily

All three doors are good, just depends on what they are opening into/onto- hinged doors can give a bigger opening with no stepover, sliders are great if sill is level with the floor but can be quite hard to keep clean (the sills) and pivot doors can give a great size opening but take up quite a lot of space swinging open- so it comes down to personal preference as per every decision in building/renovating
