We are on the hunt for a property to purchase in the Christchurch City and we noticed significant amount of houses contains of what we think is COLORBOND® steel on the exterior walls.

It does look worrying since the building is relatively new and you start to see dents here and there makes you start wondering the long term issues you could face to maintain this.

Thoughts?
