Thinking of wave fold thermal drapes hung from ceiling in a white to match the walls but it may be boring? It’s all about the view but at night I’d like some insulation on this south facing wall.TIA
Straight rod up near ceiling with curtains draping to floor
boring window coverings that can be drawn back away from the gorgeous windows will enhance the view..wave fold thermal drapes sound good but consider pinch pleated linen or raw silk look with separate thermal lining hung on a black? rod with decorative finials and tie backs to match the windows..and don't forget an extra rod for controlling the curtains so that they don't have to be dragged by hand
Any suggestions for Colours for exterior of the house please?
Would you feel exposed??
Would you support T plates for tourists driving in NZ?
What curtain treatment?
You could try the fold cellular for the arch and below, these fold down to nothing during the day, you can get them remote if you wish.... beautiful windows.
I would go for drapes sitting high up to the ceiling and have the same for both windows shown in the picture (tracks at same level). Perhaps something with texture or pattern that has the tones of the wall paint colour. Lots of options with double track systems if want a soft voile for screening or to break the light. You can also do as Julie suggested as well as put curtains up to soften the space.
Thank you so much for all your suggestions!! I will consider them all.
