we had a Mr Steam unit installed about 24 months ago. It has worked a few times, but other times only lasts 5 minutes or so, then starts leaking boiling water from the outlet in the steam room. Mr Steam replaced the unit, but it does the same thing. Since then, Mr Steam Australian Rep has gone missing in action (no response to any of our calls since around January). So, we are looking for any ideas to try and solve the problem ourselves, or hear from a Plumber expert in steam rooms to see if they can sort this out. We are located in Sydney Northern Beaches.
