as suggested by siriuskey...the wall beside the shower can be full height or up to door height or only lower with glass above but you should consider thinner vanity and shower to make more walking and standing space between fixtures
Also shower wall by wc as glass, move the bath off centre to right and have open shelves by left Wc under bath end with toilet roll holder inside shelves
Have you considered moving shower to in front of bath to create a wet area... Then toilet and vanity can go closer to door and shower is larger without door opening clash. Other option is shower and toilet across windows with bath along side wall with vanity on opposite side wall.
but there's always so many options depending on choice of fixtures and available space but also like the side by side bath and shower but my special favourite is a separate powder room
Our main bathroom door opens into our open shower door like that. It is a royal PITA if one kid is trying to out of the shower when another kid opens the main door. Lots of bruised fingers and scrapes shins from door collisions. And of course little kids will leave the shower door ajar so I’ve almost smashed it several times when I open the main door to clean up etc. Whatever you do, find a door solution!
