I have a question to whether its a good idea for a strata apartment property I own, with secured outside laundry, be renovated/converted into modern bathroom as second bathroom? If so, how much will it cost - the size of the outside secure laundry is approximately 2.5-3.0 metres in length and 2-2.5 metres in width with a 3-3.5 metre height. I am looking to rent out the apartment and looking to increase the rental rate on my property given the current covid environment.
