Should I add a feature/accent wall to my ensuite?

Hi everyone.
We're turning a bedroom into a walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite. The ensuite is 1800 x 3100. We have the shower and toilet at one end and a full length, double basin floating vanity at the other end. We are using a dark grey slate tile on the floor of the shower and in the recess, white tiles on the walls of the shower, white walls. The vanity is a very pale grey with a carrara top. We have polished wood floors and a mirror with black borders (mirroring the black at the base of the shower). The house is a 1930s villa.
I am concerned that there is no colour in the scheme. I am thinking of painting the wall at the vanity end in a colour - probably a mid or dark blue or teal. Do people think this is a good idea? Or am I overthinking this, and should stay with the neutral (pale) colour scheme?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
