How to Make a 1980’s Unit Appear Modern & Spacious - Before/After

It had come time for our clients to sell their beloved family home, but they wanted to make sure this process was fast, a quick sale, and go for the best price possible.
They didn't want to fully renovate this home but had used us in the past for one of their investment properties and understood the benefits of getting this property staged.
We chose light furniture and bold colours to make this previously outdated home more inviting and appealing. Through the pieces and decor selected allowed for the flow of natural light into the space.
Our client was over the moon with the results as the property sold over the estimated asking price and in a record time of 2 weeks being on the market!
