Hybrid Flooring Recommendations

Hello! We're looking at some hybrid vinyl flooring, but wondering if anyone had any recommendations for specific brands? We've considered both Karndean Korlok and Signature Floors Retreat range, but they both seem to have quite mixed reviews.

Same dilema here Ceda & Sno. Grateful for any recommendations from those who have installed a hybrid floor and are very happy. Looking for as close to timber as possible not plastic looking, Waterproof, sound/accoustic low (not tappy), scatch resistant and able to withstand a lot of foot traffic. To be installed into coastal property upstairs.

Then to choose a colour ;-)

It is so hard to choose. I am looking at Clever Choice Hybrid in colour Prague. Anyone seen it laid or have a view on Hybrid flooring

I have just taken a couple more pictures (excuse the untidy house) from the stairs. As you can see it's an open plan area that isn't that big but very high ceilings also in wood (Macrocarpa) with dark wooden beams. The house is surrounded by bush so quite a dark house. I initially considered a darker wood similar to the beams but not sure if that will make the house appear smaller / darker...I'm really not sure what to do!?!?!? Thanks

Does it have to be an app? Google Roomstyler/mydeco which will allow you to draw floor plans and try out (virtual) furniture for free. I used it for my bathroom, kitchen and living room. Fantastic way to experiment with layouts etc. It could be used on an iPhone but unless you've got the 6/6+ probably best left to a tablet or computer!

I’ve had karndean korlok flooring laid in a new townhouse build, ‘washed butternut’... it looked amazing - couldn’t spot pattern repeats, felt nice under foot and not cold like other hard flooring. Downsides were installers butted it up against a wall in one part - so in that area it buckled up when the sun hit it; this was rectified. The worst thing is the colour fading due to UV, direct sunlight 9-11am over the course of a year made that part turn slightly green/pale... pretty disappointing but I don’t know what’s better out there in regards to UV coatings used.
