This stunning property is owned by a couple in their 80’s, that had downsized almost 15 years ago into this beautiful apartment with amazing views over the Broadwater. They wanted to update the tired furnishings, but also work with some of their existing antique timber pieces that they loved. We updated the master bedroom, living room, and office and entry along with their balcony which they use as their dining room.

The office had an existing built-in desk that we had to keep, so we simply added some modern floating shelves above to store the client's ceramics that she made herself along with family photos. We then wallpapered two walls in a gorgeous denim woven wallpaper to give the room some personality.

Their artwork was already amazing so we worked with a lot of their existing pieces and brought the colours from the art into the cushions on the living room sofa.

The final transformation has helped inject natural light into the space, as well as more of a consistent flow from the inside interiors, out to the balcony, making the most of the water views.
