Cantilevered - Gutter / Drain ideas

Hello, need some expert advice on the cantilevered side of the facade above the garage, which is around 1.75m deep. We have got a drain with gutter running inside our garage. Are there any better ideas to execute this without changing the design? If not, will there be any overflow or future maintenance issues having the internal gutter ?

Is it an actual gutter inside your garage or the enclosed drain pipe? If it’s an enclosed drain pipe it will be no more trouble in your garage than the pipes in your walls from your shower etc. Any issues will come from standing water and drainage problems on the cantilevered ledge - make sure it has adequate fall and drainage as it wil be a hard area to access for maintenance and monitoring.

Thanks bigreader.. the gutter drain is on the ocantilevered outside however the the gutter pipe goes enclosed inside of the garage.

Ok. Well if it’s an enclosed pipe in your garage as I said above, it’s not different to the sewer pipes going from your showers etc in your walls.
