Can you repost plans or write what the measurements are on the plans. They are too blurry to read. Also, if that is a sliding door between WIR and toilet, I would have it sliding the other direction. If the door is sliding from toilet end across, then even if not completely closed it will give some privacy for toilet uses. Currently the opening end is at the toilet.

based on approximate dimensions my suggestions include an alternate master ensuite but also some ideas to include a window into the stairwell by removing the small wiws in favour of much more storage in a biw, there's a more private entry to minor bedrooms and extra storage in the sitting area ... downstairs has an alternate arrangement with more standing room for working in the pantry plus extra storage under the stairs..

happy to attempt other variations but can you please double check the upstairs window sizes as the facade shows that all the upstairs windows are same sizes (except sitting area) but the plan show windows in smaller bedrooms and small wiw as 2400 x 1500 (ie taller than the front windows and too tall for the ceilings?) and with such a generous sized home i suggest that you would be happier with a wider garage as the 5400 is not a comfortable width for two cars side by side when you need to be able to open doors and carry in bags of groceries etc

your new master suite has more storage in the wiw than the original and the ens would have space for a separate toilet if preferred but where is north on your plan to better consider hot western sun in windows?

I would swap the bathroom with WIR to give light and fresh air to bathroom

I agree, only issue is with the window being part of the facade and not sure if the front facing facade window can have a bathroom behind .

Yes I saw the facades, but at the end of the day the internal space is the most important, design from the inside out not the other way.

A High set bathroom window would disappear in the dark cladding

With such a big home, I would suggest a separate powder room downstairs. All the toilets are in someone else’s bathroom. The size of the minor bedrooms doesn’t seem to correlate with the very small ensuites and WIR on your original plan.

of course you can have anything you like that's safe and legal but depends on how much you want the extra wiw (keeping in mind that the new biw has 3 times more storage than the small wiw) but it would be good for you to be able to see a 3D view of how everything looks from inside before deciding

I’m interested in how you came to the facade design. You are building in a well established suburb with 1960 single story homes with the new double storey designs gradually being built. Your proposed home is very different to those, and will it sit, in the streetscape, comfortably? Are you building any outside shading areas for the east side? With your facade design, landscaping will be very important to soften the look as you are on a corner, so the home will be very prominent in the streetscape.

I can see a few problems with the floorplan on both levels and perhaps suggest this for the ground floor, I haven't added Columns as they aren't needed to show the layout.

Change the stairs which will help with a different 1st floor. The working kitchen has direct access to outside etc.

I have had a problem with my CAD program but agree that the first floor needs a better floorplan, I will have a go at that.

I have updated the ground floor, the fractional dimensions used take more time to draw.
