Asbestos in carpet & lino

I renovated a 1950s house a few years ago. I ripped out the carpet, lino flooring in the kitchen and laundry and tiles out of the bathroom without a mask. The carpet was dusty when we removed it but I just thought that it was because it was old and was years due to of dust. However, I just read that there could've been asbestos in the carpet backing and also under the lino. We ended up getting an asbestos test for the whole house when we ripped the bathtub out however this was after we ripped the carpet and lino and tiles out. Am I going to die!?
