If you live in a warm climate, why would you change the colour to something dark. What is wrong with the current colours? Painting the house to another colour would not modernise it. You have, maybe, a late 1990 to 2005 home with colonial arched windows and support columns. This is what needs changing, in my opinion, not the colours of the home. The home looks good the colour it is. Maybe just lighten the front door, square up the columns, take the colonial lines off the windows, (assuming they are the stick on false plastic lines)
Colours are personal. Asking for colours on this site is more likely to confuse you. For a house worthwhile getting a colour consultant in. Personally i find your existing and proposed colours a bit executive -cold impersonal. But that is my reaction. Alternatively drive around your area and see what you like on a big scale. I copied another house from next suburb on recommendation from paint shop.
Warmer climate you can;t go wrong with a fresher lighter colour palette. Look at hamptons or beach vibes for inspiration and you'll fine lighter neutrals & whites..."3 Birds Renovations" do this type of thing really well
