We are wanting to update our exterior (on a budget). Our brick is a textured creamy colour which we will keep. Wondering what colour scheme to paint windows, gutters and also how to fix ramp, entry on a budget. Thanks
Cream brick looks fabulous with a dark trim, excellent idea of dreamers building a simple pergola to add interest at front, painting entry ramp as suggested would certainly lift the entrance. Adding a large planter/planters as a focus to front door.
My vote would be black for gutters, fascias, brick window sills and front door. Window frames may not need painting. Paint eaves lighter colour if budget stretches and you are up for the work. Also again depending on budget, you might consider a patterned tile for ramp and entry. Tiling is not that difficult if you are even moderately handy. Plenty of google advice. Recommend a tile cutter though. With the bottom two steps, be careful of shortening the treads if tiled. It would be much nicer to have them match but would look fine painted.
