Acres the laundry via the pantry to avoid two doors in kitchen and having to take the laundry through that space. Family wc needs a basin otherwise you may as well put toilet into the bathroom

I would move fridge to kitchen. I am always accessing fridge while cooking and want it with a step or two

Agree with above. The WIP still has a lot of floor space just for walking and limited storage/shelving. Could still be worked to get a better use of space.

You’ll also need to do a furniture mock up for the living and dining area. Big square rooms are hard to make work and you need to allow for walkways and window locations.

And a drop zone for entering the house for bags/keys/backpacks etx
