Hi,
I have a concrete patio area which is bound by brick veneer walls on 2 sides.
There are weep holes at the bottom of the walls, just above the height of the concrete.
I want to cover the concrete with either low profile decking or deck tiles.
The smallest alternative (in height) is 25mm, so clearly this would cover the weep holes if I were to go right up against the wall, which I understand I can't do.
Can I get around this by leaving a (say) 6mm gap between the deck tile or decking & the wall?
Is this acceptable/compliant?
I don't want to have trouble with a pre purchase inspector when selling the house
