Something like this. I just think that the television size is over powering, and isn’t in perspective to the size of the wall. Especially since you would like a fire as well. You are risking the coziness feel that your after by having such a big television. How big is the actual room?

Fireplace may be diff under the large tv. You will need to look at what separation they need if you want heat coming out of fireplace rather than a fake visual fireplace.
With such a large tv maybe just a low hanging bench below tv extending across available width. Keep it simple. Noting low ceiling height by the looks

Your inspiration mock up looks good, however you need to have the actual dimensions for your mock up, otherwise you are not looking at the true result. The tv in your mock up is the size the tv should be for that wall….

Again, what is the size of the tv, the ceiling height, the wall length???

You could have a freestanding electric fire place, this one for example is 73cm in height, 162cm in length. Not knowing the tv size, if a guess it’s an 85inch, then that would be 189 cm in length, and approx 115cm in height. That would fit okay, being approx 188cm in height for both. You can than work out where you would like height of the tv positioned on the wall. You can then have cabinets built on either side to make the entire fire and cabinets appear to be built in.

Or this electric freestanding fireplace is 180cm wide and 96cm in height. This may look better in proportion to your television. Still enough height to ceiling if ceiling is only 240cm…….just. I’m advising on these fireplaces because if you are only needing for aesthetics, then they simply plug in to a power point and sit flush to wall. They do give a small amount of heat, but not much, if it is an open plan area.

So tv 1100 tall and 1532 wide

Ideal tv height is 1100 to centre of screen so around 550 off floor for your tv. Above fire place centre is typ 1400-1600 above floor. If you have say 1100 for electric fire place and a 100 gap your tv will sit at 1200 and centre at 1750. This will give a stiff neck unless you are in recliner chairs. If you want fire place would need to go side by side.

Linda, can you actually measure your tv to confirm the size of it. I have this as dimensions for an 86” tv.

The wall is 3445mm. The tv is 1928 plus the electric fire 1620 = 3548mm. So too big for across your wall. So either put one on top of the other and sit looking up. Or source a narrow fire, however then it may look out of proportion to your tv.

Thanks dreamer I picked up the wrong width. So 1930 wide is more than half the width of wall leaving 750 each side. Crowded if u add fireplace

This is basically what I suggested, your TV would move towards the window and then build the boxed in corner fire place to fit plus the bench, this would help block any glare coming from the left side of the room onto the TV, Fireplace could be done to match the wall.

Linda Micallef, you could still have your Australia hamptons look with VJ board shiplap above fire and cabinets below tv. However the tv will be off centre and the fire smaller than the tv.

I manually did this. It’s a start at looking at the wall in it’s true dimensions and perspective.

Similar suggestion. Smaller fireplace unit. I love a big TV and a fireplace but I don’t think you have room for both in this space. Sometimes functionality has to win over looks. Is there somewhere else a fireplace could go?
