R u going to gut it and start again? Simple Change make shower bigger and add toilet adjacent door. Bigger change move shower next to bath, toilet where shower is and vanity between it and door.

Def enlarge the shower and vanity. The location of the toilet is probably going to most cost effective on an outside wall, so next to the bath. But as above, are you gutting back to studs or hoping to keep some items.
