Can’t decide where to place shower and tub.
Notes to consider:
As per current plans. Shower window faces west, double story, neighbours on ground level.
Can’t have inset tub or back to wall unfortunately (they all suck! lol) - will be high back freestanding or hammock bath.

• the change to the bedroom door on photo 3 is what I’ve gone with (not that this affects the bathroom.)
• I will also have a half height nib wall at the end of the vanity
• the only wall frame that is not yet in place is the external shower wall, so I can still have any window I want here. Ideally everything else will stay the same because frames are up, but if there was a better option. I’d be open to some adjustments.
  -The laundry chute will be more of a pass through and I’d really like to keep this also.
  -For shower screens I prefer etched/privacy ( at least for the bottom half) this is for cleaning purposes.
  -Idon’t necessary need the seat in shower (although it would be nice) I mainly put this in because it worked with the built in bath)
• I do prefer large, open showers - generally at least three of us showering at once (hahaha nothing kinky here in case you’re wondering!!)
• I have opted not to do the skylight anymore due to concerns for leaking and mould.

Option 1 - Original plans
pros- no shower plumbing on bedroom wall
Cons- will be tight fitting towel racks inside the shower, As they’ll sit very close to shower heads.
-May not be able to have bigger window.
-Bath space is tighter for a freestanding (when it comes to cleaning between the ends and walls.)

Option 2 - change orientation of shower.
Pros - towels racks are now 2m away.
-Could potentially still keep plumbing away from bedroom wall if I have just one hand held and one ceiling rose.
-Window could be a tall window on the towel end.
Cons - bath space is tighter for a freestanding

Option 3 - swap bath and shower
Pros - bath now has extra space
-Can have large window
-Towel racks inside good position
Cons- plumbing will definitely needs to be in bedroom wall
-The room may feel more closed in when entering
-The shower will be more like 900mm wide
