Hi everyone,
I’m currently in the prestart stage of my new build and would really appreciate some advice on the external design.
I’m trying to finalise:
* Render colour options
* Cladding type and colour
* Roof colour (Colorbond )
I’m aiming for a modern/contemporary look that has strong street appeal but still feels timeless (not too trendy).
I’ve attached my floor plan and front elevation for reference.
A few things I’d love input on:
* What render colours would work best with this elevation?
* Should I go light + contrast or darker tones?
* Cladding suggestions (timber look, metal, feature panels?) and where to place it
* Best roof colour to tie everything together
* Any facade improvements to make it look more premium
feature brick color material?
Open to both cost-effective and higher-end ideas.
Would really appreciate any suggestions, examples, or even photos of similar homes you’ve seen.
Thanks in advance!
