We are building a new house and are a bit unsure of our kitchen design in terms of usefulness. Our current revision is above. The pantry is planned to be the cupboard to the right of the fridge (pantry drawers using a Blum Space Tower). Overall, this seems like a good amount of kitchen storage and fairly straightforward to use.
Would love to hear any feedback, such as things we might have missed. We don't have much experience with anything like this, and while our designer is good, it's hard to know how well things will work in reality.
Our main concern at the moment is that the three sets of drawers are currently only 560mm (22") wide each. This feels too narrow for a lot of storage, but we're unsure how best to rearrange them. Going down to two sets feels too wide at 850mm (~33.5") per drawer.
We're currently thinking of reducing the narrow cabinet on the left to ~200mm, taking one of the drawers down to ~500mm, and having the other two at ~650mm.
Any other thoughts on the layout welcome too, we are happy to hear about anything that stands out.
