I would probably make sure there is storage under the stairs as there is a lack of general storage in the laundry and in the guest bedroom I would actually make a little hallway moving the bathroom to the front wall. Make a little hallway to have one entrances into the bathroom but have a second sliding door at the start of the actual bedroom itself so that you still have a door on the hallway as well to make that private and then a sliding door into the bathroom and a sliding door into the bedroom if that makes sense. By moving the bathroom to the front wall. You then get a blank bit of blank wall on the exterior of the house to extend the porch and make a slightly bigger porch area. Allow you to put some pots shoe storage whatever on there. It also moves the bedroom door out from behind the front door.

Scrap the double doors in guest ensuite, community powder room. That is just a silly set up. Place the Guest bedroom door further along.

Heloanand, These are the doors that I meant are silly. The revised plan just posted, as suggested by Kate and oklouise, is a great improvement to the original plans, for the guest ensuite/powder room and bedroom.

In regard to the double oven tower, I’m assuming there’s a lot of cooking going on to use the ovens but there’s no set down space either side and only the narrow end of the island. You need somewhere to put down hot baking trays or heavy dishes close by.

I would keep the layout of the kitchen relatively as is, remove the wall that seperates the laundry and scullery but run a long bench along that right wall with the laundry appliances underneath. That way you get a lovely big bench to work on, its more spacious and only changes the location of the washer and dryer which will save you a lot of money.
