Comments (6)It's a rental so buy something that you can take with you that will work in your next home. Just stay with green and white. You may not be able to change the panels, but you could add to them where it can't be seen from the outside. Add white to the outer side of the blue panels. Comments (7)I would place the sofa facing the fireplace either with access to what's behind the draperies or not, and put the tv where the chair is--roughly. On the far end I'd arrange a small conversation/reading/activity area. IE:2 chairs, a table and a lamp or a small activity table with a hanging lamp. Of course, seeing the scale of your new furniture, once you receive it will help. Comments (3)Yes, I understand. My own kitchen is similar.. What I like best about your kitch is that there are essentially no upper cabinets. This is a very modern concept, and although your kitchen is not new, it has a progressive design. You are constrained on placement of appliances because of the windows and walls, but that is all right,. I believe that the best outcome for your kitchen would be to swap out your old cabinets for new ones of good quality. I like the timber floor.
