I purchased Alside windows in May of 2005. Of my 26 windows, many have defects. I filed a claim with Alside and their warranty department is treating me terribly. I just want what I was promised so I asked to speak with a manager and the agent, Jason S, refused to let me speak with one. My claim number is 02046367. If I knew that I would have this many defects from a company that doesn't stand behind their product and treats people so rudely when they call for help, I would not have gone with this company. Don't make the same mistake I did when buying these windows for quality and the lifetime warranty.
