* Dark beams to separate kitchen & eating area with floor to ceiling white beam attached to island.
* Built in stove area with simple rail above.
* Efficient way to build fridge in
*Interesting beam over sink
*Like the dark, rustic narrow table below glassware shelving unit. Nice contrast of dark wood and shelf/ panelled section of teeny wall area in beverage center.
* Soft grey cloth upholstery looks good with dark beams and white walls.
* This soft grey cloth upholstery looks nice with the white walls and dark wood beams!
* Built in mantle type look for stove area.... would have to mimic the look of our living room fireplace but would be nice to decorate for season changes.
* Black Windsor back chairs to tie in with black light fixtures over the island! * Could the table be stained darker?
*Looks Like the area above sink with garden window has dark wood surface..... might work in our kitchen too.
* Like the combination of glass and flat cupboard fronts. *** Look at the dark, natural wood trim inside the kitchen window....would this solve the dark trim and white patio door dilemma?
*Like the cupboard combo above sink (if not doing expanse of window on that wall). * Like the garden kitchen window for plants/ herbs. * Double wide sink with similar counter top makes it easier to keep sink area clean.
* If not expansive window above sink wall, like this cupboard combo above sink area.
* Magnetic knife rack near stove is efficient-would look good if stove area built-in like you want with mantle look stove hood to decorate according to season changes.

* Subway tile along patio doors might make space feel bigger? * Like dark wood and countertop combination of the island here.
* Have always liked the idea of stove built in but would want more of a farmhouse look, not Victorian. * Like the combination of dark wood stained table top and black chairs. Look at FAVERI’s to get ideas or to customize.
* Like the table & chairs.
* Upright beam and simple ceiling ones.
*Upper level mullions with lighting for ambience but also hides potential clutter inside cupboards. *Mantle look stove vent with space to decorate as seasons change.
* Crown moulding and high cupboard placement (less wasted space). Also, lit glass cabinet door area high enough to hide dishes. Ties in with china cabinet and is a more efficient use of space.
* Like the floor to ceiling beams and peripheral ceiling ones. * Should our fridge get built in to this same area in OUR kitchen to make space for a built-in storage/ beverage center where fridge is presently?
* Like the long rug in contrasting red for a pop of colour. * Check out the single beam above the sink wall-subtle but also ties in with beams in our living room. See other pic for better view of this beam!
* Would really love a natural wood door in our kitchen are with similar window or larger. Like the contrast with the white walls and wood beams.
* SHOW THIS PHOTO TO HARDER FOR CUPBOARD INSPIRATION-The crown moulding ties in with our China cabinet-maybe a couple of million window doors to match? Also point out the panelling on China cabinet back-could this be tied into built-in storage in the kitchen? See other photo of sage green pantry storage with wire front.
* White subway tile is classic farmhouse!
***SHOW THIS PIC TO HARDER FOR BUILT IN STORAGE INSPIRATION (along with other of white cabinets).
