glass railing and balcony just not loving this look
Q
Photo
no perforated steel!!
Q
Photo
again, vertical lines to break up the glass
Q
Photo
I like the glass broken up with the vertical pieces
Q
Photo
not typical spindles....
Q
Photo
fireplace to side of tv; tv more recessed - not the look we are after but balance of fp to tv on light backdrop
Q
Photo
double story fireplace surround up to ceiling
Q
Photo
fireplace with tv on top - not as keen on this look as the 3 sided fireplace
Q
Photo
fireplace up to the ceiling with a more subtle surround like this (as opposed to black like we saw in previous photo) could work
Q
Photo
I like the frame for hanging throws - great way to incorporate some height and practical too
Q
Photo
I do like a textured poof that can double as seating and a small table
Q
Photo
saving this as an example of black or dark windows with wood trim and white ish walls. Not keen on this window framing look.
Q
Photo
Probably too beachy but I like this

Stairs/rail
Q
Photo
note big windows with dark trim and white walls. But it doesn't feel too cold?
Q
Photo
I don't like this room, even though it has the earthly colours I usually like. I do like the two sofas, squared off but not severe
Q
Photo
I like this colour combo, very calming
Q
Photo
another stair and railing look, with the two story overlook
Q
Photo
Too beachy but I like the colour scheme
Q
Photo
wood and white? stairs?
Q
Photo
While I'm not sure I would want any of these individual pieces per se, I do like the harmonious, calm feel and the natural colours, clean lines, maybe the low site lines, something speaks to me
Q
Photo
I stopped at this photo a couple of times but can't quite put my finger on why. The dark light contrast? Warm colours? Not too busy? I'm not sure
Q
Photo
Saved for staircase - although we wouldn't see as much stairs and railings as this. Too much?
Q
Photo
Saved to show what windows would look like with a dark interior trim
Q
Photo
saved to show what windows would look like if kept wood stain
Q
Photo
I like the idea of a little seating area in front of the fireplace; however this may not work for Steve and being a 3 sided it might not work at all....
Q
Photo
Interesting how this built in cabinetry has a big kickplate underneath that would be good for Steve. We need open flow for him to move about easily but like the ottomans tucked under the console table for extra seating as needed
Q
Photo
I like this is pretty clean but also warm, not too spare. I like the pendent lights over the island and the use of wood and white in the kitchen. Like the earthy tones
Q
Photo
I like the idea of a floating shelf in the foyer to save floor space. And perhaps a stool or ottoman rather than a bench, again to keep things clear as it is not a large area
eg with a top and bottom rail
