too harsh
too square
fan of the timber and corrugated sheets
dont like the exposed support frame and timber takes a lot of maintenance
interesting - very formal (might be the hedge and high peaked roof)
like the patio coming down the slope
we have looked at this place a lot and it is a favorite of ours. annette likes the floorplan.
fits in the suroundings well
like the tall chimney but maybe on the long wall rather than an end
a bit pokey
old school
like the open deck but the prevailing wind direction (NW) might be an issue catching under the sloping roof
always liked the pavilions style
looks busy
that breeze thru area is really good, we like it a lot, as well as the rammed earth feature walls
I like the timber but worry about the maintenance - we had a large timber deck that needed re-oiling every 9 - 12 months
if the (heavy) pergola structure supported some sort of retractable roof then OK, but otherwise seems a little superfluous
courtyard with a view is great
I like the large sliding window / door but the ever present wind and flies might be an issue
courtyard area is a great idea
Fly proof outdoor area
too white for me
too many windows and all white
I like the top window and roof continuation over the deck
feature wall and floor to ceiling glass is attractive (and probably expensive!)
we do want a fireplace / wood heater. like the timber ceiling and slope
OK but can't play guitar! we would like a view from the master bedroom
