Landscape Ideas
Basic square, neutral “water” color, and iridescence. Comment from customer mentioned using it in a water feature in a yard. Also economical.
Interesting use of bricks
Cold frame from windows.... bubble skylights?
Strips of artificial turf (?) between large pavers. Ed: Possibly. Maybe mondo grass? Artificial turf generally looks cheap and contrived.
Stepping stones, Baja rock. Ed: Love the black Baja Rock. Although this does look good, it makes cleaning the feature much harder. Maintenance once a year would include pulling all of the stones out and washing them off. A lot of dirt and debris hides under these rocks and it's hard to filter it out.
Ed: I like this look. This is VERY doable if we decide to re-purpose the existing square pavers.
Path across water feature. Ed: Love this. I believe this a great way to make sense of the circulation through the space.
Same style
Interesting geometry
no grass, "on a budget"
no grass
three of my favorite plants placed together Ed: Noted. Although our area of design is primarily full sun, we can try to work some of these in.
no grass
no grass - could this be done with liriope? Ed: Yes! This would look good and modern. Noted.
maybe slightly too busy for me, but no grass! Ed: Noted. No grass! :)
